Many countries are developing biological warfare agents that spread disease, kill crops, or contaminate water supplies. Should the United States create biological agents to use in war? Is the use of biological agents more effective than traditional methods of war? Why or Why not.

3. Old Enough to Vote? Old Enough to Die
The draft was a very controversial aspect of the Vietnam war. With the growing number of soldiers dying in Iraq and the growing need of more and more soldiers to serve overseas, should the draft be re-instated? Why or why not?
